Team Assistant IT (m/f/d)

What You Will Do:

  • Administrative Support: Organize and manage secretarial and administrative tasks for the team at our Berlin location.
  • Correspondence: Create correspondence in German and English, including minor translations.
  • Schedule Management: Handle scheduling, including preparation and follow-up for business trips, conferences, meetings, etc.
  • Document Editing: Edit and refine presentations and reports.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments to facilitate efficient communication and information flow.

Your Profile:

  • Educational Background: Completed commercial or foreign language training (e.g., European secretary, office management, office administrator) or equivalent experience.
  • Professional Experience: First experience in secretarial work, foreign language secretarial work, or as a team assistant.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS-Office applications with a strong service orientation.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with a confident manner.
  • Language Skills: Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken.
